Initial questions for my interview with The Killers No.1 Fan..

• How did you first discover 'The Killers'?
• I see you have your own band, is this inspired from 'The Killers'?
• There is a girl as your lead singer, is that correct?
• 'The Killers' are well known for having a wide fanbase, what makes you their number one fan?
• Having just turned 18 years of age, has it been harder to see your idols due to money and transport problems?
• Besides 'The Killers', do you have any other influences?
• Do you have any other hobbies apart from supporting 'The Killers' and playing music?
• Do you feel having a female lead singer, that your chances of being a succesful tribute band will be damaging by the fact Brandon Flowers, the lead singer of 'The Killers', is male?
• Also, do you feel it will be hard to break in tothe music industry, judging by the fact 'The Fillers' are already an official tribute band?
• I can see your extremely passionate about music, but away from The Killers, have you ever played any music of your own?
• And what other bands do you like covering?
• How do you feel about Brandon Flowers moving on to a solo career?
• Could you describe your feelings towards The Fillers?
• Having heard you in practice, it's clear you have a lot of talent, so why have you decided to be a tribute band and not your own band?

Production Plan

For my music magazine I have decided that I am going to use a variety of photographs with different camera shots/angles. For example.. one close up, one extreme close up, one long shot etc.

I have decided the cover lines for my front cover will be as follows:

From my questionnaire results I have decided to base my double page spread article on a fan of The Killers. A fan will express his feelings towards The Killers, showing us his collection of posters/photographs, and then talk us through his experiences regarding The Killers.

The purchase of music magazines chart, shows that people tend to buy music magazines less frequent than monthly.

The Bands chart, shows clearly that the majority of my target audience like Paramore.

The music magazine chart, shows NME is the most purchased magazine, and I will be competing with this magazine.

The final, price chart shows that the most popular price to pay for a music magazine is between £2 and £2.99.
